J'ai sollicité Lionel Vaubour dans le cadre d'une rénovation complète d'appartement en centre ville historique de Bayonne. La mission couvrait la refonte totale des réseaux (alimentations et évacuations), la fourniture et pose des radiateurs, la création d'un réseau de climatisation (pompe à chaleur), l'installation d'une chaudière gaz ainsi que la préparation de 3 salles d'eau et de 2 cuisines. Lionel s'est totalement engagé dans ce projet et s'est révélé être un acteur essentiel par son professionnalisme et son implication. Le résultat est à la hauteur du travail fourni. Lionel continue aujourd'hui de nous accompagner sur d'autres projets.

Je suis ravi de l'intervention de Monsieur Vaubourg. Très professionnel, réactif, ponctuel et sympathique, ce qui est un plus fort appréciable. Lors d'un déménagement, j'ai découvert une fuite au robinet d'alimentation du lave vaisselle en débranchant ce dernier. J'ai laissé un message sur le répondeur de Monsieur Vaubourg à 10 heures, il m'a rappelé dans l'heure en me proposant de passer le jour même en fin de journée, après le chantier sur lequel il travaillait lors de mon appel. A 17h30, le robinet défectueux était remplacé. Parfait !
